The Admissions Representative will play a crucial role in recruiting and enrolling students for our vocational beauty college.
The ideal candidate will have experience in either recruiting or enrolling students, or customer service and sales.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about education and enjoys working with college level students.
Minimum Candidate Requirements:
- Bi-Lingual - English & Spanish (this is a necessity) - Ability to effectively communicate with diverse populations, including students, parents, faculty, and staff - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel and Word and general email correspondence skills. Responsibilities:- Recruit prospective students by providing information about the educational programs and opportunities offered by the college.
- Conduct presentations to promote the institution and attract potential students.
- Educate prospective students and their families about the admissions process, including requirements, deadlines, and financing options.
- Assist students in completing application forms and gathering necessary documents for admission.
- Maintain accurate records of student inquiries, applications, and interviews.
- Advise students on their attendance and manage student tuition accounts.
- Perform general administrative work such as filing, lead data entry, lead follow up & graduation closeout.
