I would give this location five stars, but there is one "but". Your cashier Richie needs to say hello in English, not in a language that I don’t understand. After that, the employee continues the conversation with me, asking about where I’m from? I am very sorry, but if I speak English with an accent, or if there is someone with me in the store and we communicate in our native language, this does not mean that we are russians or something similar to them. Please have a conversation with this same employee, regarding communication with people, it is also important to handle your job in a respectful manner, do not be rude and do not throw products (I will not go into details) Thank you very much for understanding customers, also continue to shop at this store.

Did you ever want to participate in bumper cars using shopping carts with a very diverse international customer base?
Have you ever wanted to struggle to find a parking spot?
Have you ever wanted to wonder if the frozen items in your cart will defrost as you wait in long checkout lines?
This Costco is the place for you.
Even if it was three times worse as it is now (and it's pretty bad), I would continue to shop here because of the wide variety of reasonably priced goods.
The meat is excellent and always fresh.

Massive singe floor space that is easy to navigate and has everything you need. Car shop and gas station is right there also for convenience. Also located right next to Staten Island Mall for all your shopping needs.

Best Costco ever been to so spacious and got everything you need not like the one in Brooklyn most of the times out of order definitely will always go back even if I live in Brooklyn I will drive to the island just for this Costco is not they have different prices all prices are the same just I’m in love with this Costco don’t know why

Costco has almost everything I need. I just wish for all Customers that Costco not raise the price on our memberships any more cause of the rising prices of groceries, tv’s, towels, facial & bath necessities, home goods, etc. Us consumers can’t afford to buy anything any more. Things have to start getting better for all of us. Thank you. 😊

One of those days when you stop by just for eggs. Lol
The customer service was great. I stopped at the membership desk, the gentleman was very helpful and patient. At the register there were two members who quickly scanned all of my stuff and packed my shopping cart within a minute.

This location is a study in contradictions. There is ample parking, but they always seem filled (and people will double park in front of the entrance anyway). The place is huge, but it still gets crowded, especially on weekends. They have tons of items but still sell out - although they do restock items that sell out. I find a lot of the people who shop here to be unpleasant and impatient; willing to run a cart into your back. I've seen a lot of them giving the workers grief over the new policy of checking the membership card at checkout, as if they make the rules. On the flip side, I've found most of the workers to be extremely nice, with a sense of humor, people like Lance who came inside from the gas pumps; Diane and Marcos, who work Customer Service; Milena at the cash registers; or Maryanne, who always has a smile at the exit doors.

Costco is always a can't miss, you're more than likely to find whatever it is you're looking for there, at competitive pricing. The only negative for me is that I live alone and as you know bulk is Costco main focus, but I make it happen.

I highly recommend the chicken fried rice that's in the freezer section and the chicken tikka masala as well, two of my favorites The gas prices are very good too

A regular Costco chain store has a triple level of check: at the entrance, upon purchase, at the exit. You feel like you're on a mission with James Bond - sneak into a store, buy groceries and come out alive. Without a special pass card, the mission is doomed to failure.

I'm so happy there's a Costco on Staten Island! I've been coming here since it opened. Great for party needs and group functions. A little too much when you have a small family. But there's always their $1.50 hot dog and drink for a deal!

This location is organized and clean. We enjoy coming here. The prices are great for so many items we lov. The employees are a hit or miss, some are super pleasant and gentle with your items and some are nasty and will aggressively throw your eggs. But overall, pretty good experiences usually.

Always good, parking may be a little difficult in getting closer to the entrance. They usually have everything you need.

The Tire Center here is super knowledgeable and helpful. Anthony and Joe took care of a tire/rim issue other Costco place in NJ couldn't do. I highly suggest this place for any tire needs.

Costco can't go wrong in my eyes. The customer service however is average, nevertheless, I'd give this an 7 out of 10
